MES Ningbo Team Building
All work no play makes Jack a dull boy. MES is aiming at creating a pleasant working environment for all employees.
On Nov 03, 2017, MES Ningbo Office organized a team building activity in Moushanhu, Yuyao to relax teams from stress of work. All were split into four teams to compete with each other. The first mission is called Warrior’s Land, a game to test physical ability, speed and team cooperation. Among all four teams, the fastest team completed the mission with 3 minutes and 50 seconds. The second mission has three sub missions called Walking On the Brick, Kangaroo Jump and Tug of War. Every team is fully devoted into the missions and understood the importance of teamwork and support, just like in the daily work.
After the lunch, there came a less intensive mission, Mitten Crab Fishing. No one had ever tried fishing a mitten crab and with the introduction from the coach, teams began their competition. There were five loops and a bait on the hook. When a mitten crab come to eat the bait, it may trapped by the loop and can be pulled up instantly. Soon enough, Nick Yao become the person with most crabs and led his team to the victory.
On the way back, teams have discussed the gain and loss in the missions. Teamwork and support is the vital factor to win the games, and work too.
