Third-party inspection service from MES

As you may expect your suppliers to perform in a stable condition with perfect product, problems will always happen and lead-time postponed. It could be a new quality issue, or an old one which has repeated over and over again. Why would supplier keep making the same or similar mistakes?

There’re many factors involved from you issuing a PO to supplier, to the day when this shipment is loaded to a container. Supplier could be using a drawing which is not the latest version, PPAP sample is superior but massive production is another story; cannot meet lead-time; shipped with defectives, etc. These are just a small part, with no proper inspection, there will be more and if the defectives are shipped and equipped, it could cause a greater damage and jeopardize your business.
