Qulity Assesment is the on-site inspection and evalution of a supplier to determine it’s legitimacy, production capacity, quality assurance system, etc. This is absolutely necessary before walking into cooperation as it will bring you a strong understanding of the supplier, minimize your purchasing risk, making certain that supplier’s manufacturing process and capacity are fully meeting the requirements.

Audit Requirements:

• Acquiring supplier general information and legal documents;

• Understanding of customer drawings; abibiliy to analyze technical requirements and process feasibility;

• Investigation of automation level;

• Review workshop 5S status and implementation of FIFO in every process;

• Handling procedures of non-conformity products, statistical analysis and quality improvement;

• Core documents: Process Control, Work Instruction, SOP, etc

• Equiment Management (Manufacturing & Inspection)

• Supplier Management and after-sale service

• Warehouse management of raw material, semi-finished, and finished

• Capacity analysis and sustainability analysis;

• Uniform packaging specification;

• Delivery cycle; specific personnel management; fast email response; live communication through audio and video;

• Communication platform construction for quality issue;
